The way this session works is I will turn up and you will guide me to what you want photographed during your 45 mins - head shots, business shots, set ups - you lead, I’ll shoot.

  • Brand discovery meeting either face to face or via Microsoft Teams 
  • Up to 2 nearby locations with multiple outfits/looks 
  • Includes headshots for up to 5 employees (additional $50 per employee)
  • Shared pinterest board to share ideas
  • Shoot preparation guide a few days prior to shoot 
  • The whole digital collection of 80+ images 
  • B-roll footage from shoot (for use in reels and social media)

  • $175 Session fee
  • $50 per headshot (min. 4 photos per person provided) allow 10 mins per person
  • $100 per group shot

FAQs for business shoots

  • Full galleries are usually ready within 1-2 weeks of the shoot date. If you need your photos by a certain date we will consider that at the tme of scheduling. Alternatively you can pay a rush fee of $150 to receive the photos within 24 - 48 hrs.

  • A big smile and whatever makes you feel comfortable. We’ll go through how to radiate your brand during discovery

  • In the gallery that’s delivered it will include minor adjustments - blemishes, fly away hairs etc. If you receive the photos and there is something more major you would like fixed in photoshop, I am open to discussing this with you but can’t make any promises.

    As a general rule - if it’ll be gone in a week, it’s okay to tweak

  • I completely understand that it can be quite confronting to be in front of the camera. Sometimes you instinctively get awkward, don’t know where to look or how to stand. You can relax knowing that I take a Directorial approach to brand photography and will provide full direction during our session to get the most flattering photos.

  • I highly recommend you getting professional hair and makeup done for your headshot and branding images. Take the stress out of worrying about your hair and make up and and leave it in the hands of the professionals. I can recommend hair and make up artists that are AMAZING and know how to do make up that looks great on camera but also natural. It also gives you an hour or two to sit back and relax and calm the nerves before your shoot. I find that once clients have had their hair and make up done a whole new confidence shines through and they are ready for their shoot!

    That said, if doing yourself - natural is best and just a little more than you’d use for everyday.

process.

step one. Send an enquiry and let me know what you need

step two. I will then send you some available date options or a quote if it’s something specific you’ve asked for

step three. Once you choose your date, your invoice will be issued and a deposit ($100) is required in order to lock your date into my calendar. The remainder of the invoice is then due 7 days before your shoot date.

step four. Once deposit is paid you will receive I’ll be in touch and we will start planning your shoot together

step five. Shoot happens - YAY!

final step. After the shoot you will receive sneak peaks within 48 hours and then final gallery 1- 2 weeks after the shoot.
